Lovsted-Worthington is not endorsing these contractors, only providing the names and numbers of some contractors who have indicated a willingness to provide services. No insured is in any way obligated to use one of these contractors, and must make his/her own decision regarding which they choose for repairs.

The insured should be advised to take any reasonable steps that a prudent person would safely take to prevent further damage to his/her property. (i.e. tarping roofs, drying carpets, boarding windows, etc...) Insureds should also take photos if possible and save receipts.
